This was hosted by the School Library Service, and this year asked students to design a mug based on their favourite book or favourite character. Lots of our students entered, showcasing their amazing creativity and celebrating books such as Fantastic Mr Fox, The Extremely Embarrassing Life of Lottie Brooks and Heartstopper.
Against all other local schools, our very own Starr in Year 9 won the Key Stage 3 award with her Demon Slayer design! Starr received a book voucher, the mug of her design, and £100 worth of books for the school library.
Amazing effort!
