Remembrance Day

We were honoured to commemorate Remembrance Day with heartfelt ceremonies today. This year, we had a special performance by Millie, who played the Last Post at the Academy. Classes in the close vicinity were encouraged to step outside and witness this poignant moment and to take part in the two minutes' silence.

In the village, Mrs Bowler was joined by Emily, Charlie, and Tom, our Principal students, along with a number of Year 7 students who also took part in the two minutes' silence. Charlie played the Last Post impeccably for local residents and students for local primary schools.

Everyone joined us in paying tribute to those who have served and sacrificed. Let us come together to honour their memory and reflect.
